Bodhi Mission is a missionary wing of  California Bodhi Vihara, a religious incorporation, registered in  California State, 2002, mainly with the support of Bangladeshi Budddhist migrants of California, USA.

Bangladeshi Buddhist trace their historical lineage to the people surrounding the Buddha's enlightenment place: Bodhgaya, India. From those roots, separating from the United Kingdom, India, and most recently Bangladeshi Buddhists are gradually increasing in number in America.

Bodhi Mission is dedicated to support the teaching of  enlightenment and spread enlighten activity.  The Pali  word Bodhi which means enlightenment, commonly seen  in Buddhist literature, mainly because of  Banyan tree, known as  Bodhi>Bo-tree, under which Shakyamuni Buddha  attained  Buddha hood.

 The Mission is currently working as a stress relief clinic in USA, specially at Long Beach, giving  compassionate services  like : teaching Dharma, giving sermon,counseling,  meditation, sound healing  and yoga practice  for  minimizing  life’s problem of mankind.
